Ingredients:
2/3 cup thick yogurt
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup shredded or flaked coconut (make sure no sugar added)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 ripe banana
nuts (sliced almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
Prepartion:
- Stir together yogurt, almond butter, honey, coconut, cinnamon, and vanilla
- Slice banana into a small saucepan
- Turn heat on medium-low
- Heat banana until it is just soft
- Mash up banana
- Add yogurt mixture
- Stir until mixture is hot
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with nuts
